Hey!  I know this is a site for Asian recipes, but I just couldn't resist!  Everyone needs a little change in their life and diets, so here is an inexpensive dish with it's roots in the US.  The Bleu cheese dressing is my special "down home" recipe from the Southern US, where I was raised and of course, the famous "Buffalo Wings", that were invented in the Anchor Bar in Alaska, so I never have figured out why they are called "Buffalo" wings!  I hope you enjoy....
