Here's another different recipe for Carne Asada, or marinated meat.  This version is primarily for the Carne Asada found in the Southwestern U.S. and in Mexico.  It uses a cheap cut of beef, either flank steak or skirt steak.  The marinade helps tenderise the beef and then make sure you cut it across the grain of the meat in very thin slices.  Enjoy!
